By accessing or using ShopRank's services, website, or platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Use of the Service
You may use our platform only in compliance with these terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any illegal or prohibited purpose.
Intellectual Property
The service, including its design, features, and content (excluding your data), is owned by ShopRank or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.
Subscription and Payment
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing in effect at the time of subscription. You may cancel in accordance with our billing policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopRank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
